1.1 These Terms apply to all hardware and electromechanical products ("Products") purchased from [Your Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier").
1.2 The purchase or use of the Products signifies that you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Customer") have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
Article 2: Product Warranty
2.1 Warranty Period: A warranty period of [e.g., 12 months] for product quality is provided, commencing from the date of product delivery. Certain core components (e.g., motors, precision gears) may carry an extended warranty period, as specified in the product manual or separate warranty card.
2.2 Warranty Coverage: The Supplier will provide free repair or replacement for performance failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship under conditions of normal use, installation, and maintenance.

c) Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair by any party not authorized by the Supplier;
d) Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake), or operation outside specified parameters (e.g., overload, incorrect power supply);
e) Normal wear and tear, consumption, and expendable parts (e.g., carbon brushes, grinding discs, saw blades, belts);
f) Alteration, removal, or illegibility of the product serial number or warranty label.
Article 3: Technical Support & Services
3.1 Technical Consultation: The Supplier provides complimentary consultation on product operation, basic application, and safety protocols. Support is accessible via customer service hotline, official email, or online support platform.
3.2 On-Site Service: For large, complex, or equipment requiring professional installation and commissioning, paid on-site technical guidance, installation, commissioning, or fault diagnosis services are available. Specific costs will be negotiated separately based on service scope, location, and labor hours.
3.3 Repair Service:
a) For failures covered under warranty during the warranty period, the Supplier bears the repair costs and return shipping costs (via designated logistics method only).
b) For non-warranty failures or post-warranty failures, paid repair services are offered, including inspection fees, parts costs, and labor charges. Repair quotations require Customer confirmation prior to commencement.
c) Faulty parts replaced during repair become the property of the Supplier.
Article 4: Service Process
4.1 Problem Reporting: Upon identifying a product failure, the User shall first contact Supplier Technical Support for initial troubleshooting guidance.
4.2 Fault Confirmation: If further handling is required, the User must provide the product model, serial number, proof of purchase, and a fault description (photos or videos are recommended).
4.3 Resolution Method: The Supplier will determine the appropriate action based on the fault, which may include remote guidance, return-to-factory repair, part replacement, or provision of on-site service.
4.4 Return Instructions: Prior to returning a product for repair, the User must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from the Supplier. The User is responsible for shipping costs and risks for non-warranty returns. Products must be adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability
5.1 The Supplier's liability for products and services is limited to the scope described in these Terms. Except where prohibited by mandatory law, the Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss).
5.2 The Supplier's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
5.3 These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for matters which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Article 6: Supplementary Provisions
6.1 The Supplier reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amended Terms will be published on official channels. Warranty obligations for products already sold remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of sale.
6.2 The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; failing this, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the location of the Supplier.
